Dear friends,

After a great deal of deliberation and more than a little apprehension, your One Click Wonders have decided the time has come to move into retirement. Terri and I have enjoyed the distinct pleasure of working with literally hundreds of Mac and PC users across Anderson, Oconee and Pickens Counties for more than twenty years.

A number of factors have contributed to this difficult decision and we don't want to leave any of our valued customers in a lurch. As such, we have enlisted the services of another longtime friend and colleague from our days working at Clemson University. Bryan Lee still works for Clemson Computing and Information Technology and has all the skills necessary to continue providing the kind of personalized computer training and support that you have come to expect from Terri and me. His technical abilities are outstanding as is his commitment to great customer service.

This transition has been underway for more than a year now, with Bryan regularly receiving copies of One Click Wonders invoices outlining the kind of issues our customers have brought to us and how we dealt with them. We've not taken on any new clients since the first of the year, referring them directly to Bryan. And we've tried to let many of our "regulars" know in person that this change is in the works.

Our plan is to continue the transition for the rest of 2023 before officially passing the keyboard to Bryan in early 2024. Terri and I will be available for quick phone, text or e-mail consultations for a while but our desire is for Bryan to become your go-to consultant for all things technological. We will provide Bryan's contact information for those clients wishing to move forward with him.
