This is a bi-monthly compilation of some of the questions that our clients have asked us recently!

   I know that you and Terri have suspended in-home service until at least the end of April. Is there any way you can help me with a computer problem remotely?
   The answer is a qualified "yes." If your computer is acting oddly or you are concerned that it might start acting weird but you still are able to connect to the Internet with a web browser, there is a means by which we can connect to your computer without coming to your home.
   One Click Wonders has purchased an annual license for software called "TeamViewer" which allows us to connect to another computer over the Internet with a secure, one-time password that the remote user has to provide to us before we can connect.
   The biggest challenge is that each client who wants to use this service will have to install a piece of software on their Mac or PC initially. Once installed, the software can be launched by the client who then calls one of us to provide the credentials we need to connect. Installing the software is not difficult but if you've had little experience doing software installations, it requires a little instruction.
   To that end, we've drafted sets instructions for Mac users

that can walk you step-by-step through the download and installation process for TeamViewer. The software costs you nothing to download and install. One Click Wonders has borne the cost for you.    This is a stressful and confusing time for all of us, and Terri and I want to do everything we can to ease your mind about your computer. There are some problems that cannot be solved remotely but between TeamViewer and our experience providing telephone support to clients, we are here to help.
